Our Story

Uncovering the science behind stronger workplaces.

Organizational Sherlocks grew out of our shared commitment to understanding the people who make organizations work.  Combining the lenses of organizational development and business psychology, Morgan Ashworth and Dr. Elizabeth Fleming bring years of teaching, consulting, and leadership experience to uncover the clues that shape workplace behavior.

 

We’re driven by a passion for education, a willingness to question the status quo, and a belief that meaningful change starts with understanding people. Each episode explores a new workplace puzzle, drawing on research and real stories to illuminate what’s often hiding in plain sight. Along with guests from various sectors, we dig into the patterns, pressures, and possibilities that define modern work, challenging ourselves and our listeners to create organizations that contribute something positive to the world.
