Hey!

My path into this work wasn’t linear... it grew out of years of noticing how strongly our environments shape the way we show up at work and in the world. I became a Business Psychologist to understand those forces, name them clearly, and help leaders use that insight to build something better. After earning my Masters and Doctorate in Psychology, I found myself drawn to the intersection of people, behavior, and systems. This was a pivotal moment that led to my specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

I’ve worked in consulting and in higher education for over 10 years and stepped into entrepreneurship as the founder and CEO of Apidae in 2024. Across all of these roles, my work has centered on helping individuals and leaders see the patterns beneath organizational behavior, working to translate psychological science into something practical and usable. I’ve taught and mentored doctoral students, guided and conducted research, supported organizations through growth and challenge, and learned that the stories under the surface are rarely random... there are always clues worth noticing.

Today, my focus is on helping people and organizations create environments that are intentional, humane, and supportive of a wide range of individuals. I believe deeply in clarity, curiosity, and thoughtful leadership. These are the values guiding everything I do, whether I am teaching, consulting, or co-hosting Organizational Sherlocks.

 

At the core is a simple idea... When we understand people and systems more deeply, we can build workplaces where everyone has the chance to rise.
